So, a friend of mine and I didn’t think that Matthew Goode was the best choice, necessarily, for Adrian Veidt in the Watchmen movie— based on looks at least. We have long discussed what other actors we thought might be a good fit for him, especially as an older man (given the story that we’ve been writing for like a year and a half). Who we came up with was Robert Redford (the basis for whom the character was originally drawn), Mark Harmon, Anderson Cooper (lol— SilverFox!Adrian), and David Bowie. Today, bored as I was, I joined all their faces (including Matthew Goode) from composites of each of them, and this is what I came up with. Not bad, granted that he needs a definite hair style. He’s a pretty little bastard, isn’t he? Lol I also did some other fun stuff like aging him and making a diagram of the process I went through… I really need to go do something else now. I’ve wasted nearly the whole day on this, haha.
